1. Who you are contracting with

StyleVault is operated by Style Vault ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using StyleVault on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

StyleVault is a digital wardrobe and outfit planning application. It lets you catalog your clothing, get AI-assisted tagging and outfit suggestions, and plan looks on a calendar. Features and plans may change over time as the product evolves.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use StyleVault for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or abusive purpose;
• upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• introduce malware or attempt to circumvent technical or usage limits;
• resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

Style Vault retains all rights, title and interest in the StyleVault service, including its software, design, branding and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

6. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion and related mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net; access continues through the end of the paid period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep StyleVault available and performing well, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Features may be added, changed, or removed from time to time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using StyleVault at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleVault is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Style Vault harmless from any claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use of StyleVault after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Style Vault is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
