Refund Policy

Refund window

Style Vault accepts refund requests for StyleVault subscription purchases within 14 days of the original order date. Requests made outside this window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.

Renewal charges on an existing subscription are generally non-refundable — please cancel before your next billing date to avoid renewal. If a renewal was clearly unintended, contact us and we will do our best to help.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Request a refund for the transaction, or contact our support in the app and we will help.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of your paid period, and you will not be charged again.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your country of residence.
